Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager, Quantitative to oversee all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to completion. This role requires strong management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, communicating with clients on progress, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to aid completion within deadlines. Additionally, they will ensure that project requirements are met, and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Review project documentation provided by the client services team and identify potential issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process, either via email or phone, and make recommendations to maximize sample sizes while in the field.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, and all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Provide financial metrics required for billing and invoice processing to the finance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
