Customer Service Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing clear information regarding services and expectations. Additionally, they will be required to book service appointments accurately and efficiently, coordinate with dispatch teams, and input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles, preferably with a background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM and scheduling platforms, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and other tech tools is an asset.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
