We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Data and E-commerce Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Sheets and formulas, with a strong focus on improving team workflows and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for exporting, extracting, and updating Google Sheets and Looker Studio reports, creating and maintaining organized Google Sheets files, and occasionally assisting with TikTok Affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop tasks.

Main Requirements
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and its formulas (experienced with reporting, familiar with =INDEX, =VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.) and Looker Studio.
  • High initiative in learning team SOPs and independently finding solutions online.
  • Tech-savvy and curious (familiarity with APIs and digital marketing tools is a plus).
  • Clear English communication skills for occasional client chat or video call.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or digital marketing campaigns (TikTok, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu City, IT Park.
