We are seeking a highly skilled ecommerce project manager to lead our clients' online growth and success. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategies that elevate clients' online presence.

The Opportunity
  • Client Liaison : Engage with clients to understand their ecommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer : Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator : Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager : Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator : Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector : Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Key Qualifications
  • eCommerce Expertise : Extensive experience managing ecommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organized Planning : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Technical Skills : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Focused Professional : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem Solver : Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
