Dynamic Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented operations specialist with a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. This role involves leading and streamlining operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management. The successful candidate will identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations or e-commerce management, exceptional organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. They will also be an effective communicator, a quick learner, and adaptable to new platforms.

The dynamic ecommerce operations specialist will leverage their expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and other e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues. They will create flows, campaigns, and segments, analyze email marketing data, and collaborate with the creative department to design emails.

The role also involves collecting and cleaning operational data, generating insightful reports, and presenting findings effectively using data visualization tools. The successful candidate will evaluate website performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding customer service using platforms like Gorgias.

They will partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high-performing landing pages. The dynamic ecommerce operations specialist will also oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, manage inventory and operational workflows, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
