Financial Operations Specialist

This is a key role for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive bookkeeping for a fast-growing eCommerce business.
You will handle multi-channel online sales accounting across platforms and prepare monthly financial statements and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accurate financial records across all accounts (AP, AR, payroll, inventory, amortizations, etc.)
- Perform monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure clean books and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and comprehensive financial reports for management review
- Provide monthly financial analysis highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or growth
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of GAAP principles and prior eCommerce client experience.
They will also possess solid grasp of inventory accounting, amortization, and cost recognition methodologies, proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
