Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Specialist to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. This role will involve leading the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing accurate and insightful forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Executing strategies to optimize media buying and precision optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Maintaining clear and transparent communication with clients on performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations.


In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Kick Off Period: Be willing to put in hard work required, be hungry to go through the kickoff, take feedback and implement it quickly, finish work with quality and on time, demonstrate perseverance, remember and learn from repetitive exercises.
  • Onboarding: Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients, manage and work with pod team members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail, maintain data integrity for clients across Statlas, execute the Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts for clients with building a Growth map using the Prophet System, data analysis required for the map, marketing calendar alignment with clients.
  • Ensuring and Holding the Standard of Quality of Work: Maintain within a 5% Delta to the Forecast, daily alignment with client vs forecast and strategy, execute Prophet system to 100% within required timelines, deliver all work on schedule with optimal quality and attention to detail.
  • Clinet Communication: Champion communication, ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps, ensure team clarity with exact deadlines, send daily performance updates to the client, maintain alignment across Strategy and Forecast with the client daily, provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.
  • Contributing Back: Share learnings back to the system for feedback and improvement, collaborate across teams with ideas and learning, contribute to ideas and learning in future company content production.


To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to stakeholders, empathetic client messaging and high emotional intelligence, strong presentation skills to drive engagement and decision-making, data analysis talent with willingness to learn, familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets, with capacity to grow on the job.
  • Past Experience: Broad experience across domains (math, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.) that adds value.
  • Critical Thinking: Structured thinking to solve complex problems, adept at dissecting issues and proposing practical solutions.
  • Impact: Passionate about e-commerce and contributing to a high-performing team, motivated, hardworking, eager to learn and grow, with accountability and autonomy.


You will be expected to deliver:
  • Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training; precise execution of the Prophet system for top-quality client results.
  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results and maintain market-leading outcomes.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily on forecasts to exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to rigorous quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution.
  • Meet deadlines and budgets; ensure timely on-target performance.
  • Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content for growth and innovation.
