Cloud Support Specialist

The Cloud Support Team is a world-leading provider of market infrastructure. Our purpose is to offer clients global financial and commodities markets access, enhancing price discovery, liquidity, and data distribution through responsible and innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Proactive management of business-critical real-time reporting systems, identifying issues and potential problem areas.
- Collaboration with internal IT support functions: Infrastructure, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, external IT departments, and 3rd-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
- Work with Business Regulatory Support and other Support Teams to identify development areas.
- Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in supporting business-critical front/mid office applications.
- Background in working within an ITIL environment (ITIL certification advantageous).
- Good understanding of Amazon Web Services.
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux servers.
