Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in our sales process by providing crucial support to both the sales team and our valued customers.

This role will be responsible for facilitating the sales process, conducting sales analysis, updating and maintaining data in sales systems, and providing daily administrative tasks to sales executives as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer support skills, and experience working with CRM Software. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is also preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct sales analysis to inform business decisions
    • Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in sales systems
    • Provide timely and accurate information to management
    • Liaise with account managers to develop targeted sales strategies
