KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete core tasks such as but not limited to data entry, reporting and ad hoc administration duties as delegated by the Office Administration Manager
  • Provide support to Office Administration Manager and sales staff in daily sales administration duties
  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.
  • Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
  • Follow all Company policies and procedures and adhere to industry and Company best practices
  • Display integrity and attention to detail when receiving cash payments, reconcile and balancing cash floats daily
  • Stay current with required government licenses, certification, work permits, etc. where required
  • Maintain standard of appearance in the common areas, administration office, children Centre and staff lounge as needed
  • Always display a high standard of professional and personal conduct
  • Employees must ensure they comply with WDAP's OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WDAP.
  • Employees must not willfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
  • Display Hospitality with Heart customer centric focused service to all internal and external parties.
  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional in appearance and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong customer service values and focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Quick leaner who can multi-task and juggle priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Consistent customer service, by means of face to face, written or via phone
  • Identify challenges and deliver solutions
  • Ability to use information service products and obtain competency in appropriate Company software applications
  • Ability to build instant rapport with children of all ages, and their parents
  • Senior first aid certification and other legislated certification or qualifications
  • Mandatory ability to successfully obtain relevant Working with Children or police check to ensure suitability to work with children
  • Ability to work independently as well in a team environment
  • Must be able to work Weekend as per sales site business hours
  • Working knowledge of the Club and other relevant Company information
