Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves delivering AI-powered and high-quality technology solutions for customers and partners.

This position requires:

  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrator or consultancy environments.
  • Proven experience building and consuming APIs, including REST, SOAP, Node-Express, etc.
  • Experience building custom Web Components for Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with contact centre platforms, including Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre, and Amazon Connect.
  • Practical understanding of security and networking concepts, including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration (SAML/OAuth).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud-hosted architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
  • Implement and support changes, enhancements, and upgrades to CX platforms.
  • Develop integrations between CX platforms, CRMs, and external systems via APIs and middleware.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
