Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on providing expert technical support, feature explanations, and best practice guidance for our product. A successful Technical Support Specialist operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software systems.
  • Resolving technical issues and maintaining system functionality by testing computer components.
  • Designing and implementing networks, consulting with users, and gathering data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options.
  • Testing program compatibility, confirming objectives, and evaluating vendor-supplied software.
  • Training users on new software and maintaining system capability through testing and performance tuning.
  • Documenting hardware and software updates and staying up-to-date on technical advancements.
  • Supporting other team members to ensure program success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • 2 years of technical support experience, preferably via email and chat.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps, along with passion for client satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handle high volumes of customer interactions, and exhibit strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English, as well as creative problem-solving skills and impeccable judgment.
