About the Job

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch support to our customers via live chat and tickets. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve technical challenges and contribute to the development of new solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers via live chat and tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and develop new solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support.
  • Stay up-to-date on Hostinger product updates, services, features, and web hosting technologies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
