Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and sales-driven professional to join our remote team as a Beauty Ambassador.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to blend customer service, online sales, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced beauty industry setting.

You will be the digital face of our brand, managing customer interactions, driving bookings, and supporting operational logistics for both in-salon and home service appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction & Support
  • Greet and engage clients virtually via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online booking platforms
  • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations
  • Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities
  • Sales & Upselling
  • Promote beauty services and products through digital channels
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or beauty management software
  • Manage the appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams
  • Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management
  • Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach
  • Familiarity with beauty management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy)
  • Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication
  • Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services
