Job DescriptionThis position will be primarily responsible for making calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable using CRM systems, and have a proven track record in sales.
- Establish relationships with potential clients through phone calls and emails.
- Set up appointments with franchise consultants to explore suitable business options.
- Document and manage all activities in CRM, including call logs and appointment details.
- Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience.
- Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
- Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus.
- Experience in using CRM systems is a must.
