Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing support for financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, including experience with financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and work paper preparation. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Process transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Provide support for financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and other reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analysis of financial data and development of recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, including financial statement preparation and account reconciliation
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
