We are seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to support an executive in a fast-paced industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on managing diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate a dynamic executive schedule, arrange appointments, and manage travel logistics.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations.
- Project Support: Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other office duties.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
