We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer support team.

This role involves providing assistance to users via chat, email, and ticketing systems, resolving technical and general inquiries with professionalism and speed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer or technical support and be fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues
  • Use translation tools effectively to support non-English speaking users
  • Provide clear instructions and solutions in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when needed
  • Accurately log customer interactions and feedback for quality and improvement
  • Collaborate with teammates across time zones to maintain seamless 24/7 support

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer or technical support
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
  • Available to work in rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Previous remote work experience in a 24/7 support structure
