Controller Role

Seeking a seasoned financial expert to spearhead our company's financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including AP, AR, and payroll management.
  • Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations.
  • Developing and maintaining robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
  • At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses is strongly preferred.

Technical skills required include advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling, as well as proficiency with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
