We are seeking a highly organized and reliable remote researcher to join our Growth Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the outbound pipeline by manually researching high-quality leads for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Researching decision-makers at target accounts provided by the Growth Marketing team
  • Using LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources to find accurate lead data
  • Entering and updating lead data in the CRM
  • Collaborating with the SDR team to continuously improve lead quality

The successful candidate will be digitally savvy, comfortable using modern software tools, and have strong attention to detail. Experience with LinkedIn and/or sales/CRM tools is essential.

This freelance position offers an opportunity to work on a full-time basis with the option to switch to a monthly fixed-rate contract after an initial trial period.

  • Fluent or native English (written and spoken)

  • Digitally savvy, comfortable using modern software tools
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
