Marketing and Brand Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Brand Manager to drive online lead generation through various marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data, and refine strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage budgets and track ROI to report on campaign success.
