As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create high-quality content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content decisions.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Benefits
  • Flexible working hours (e.g. 2 hours a day) to be defined and agreed.
  • Position will be virtual with occasional travel.
Other Details
  • 10-15 hours a week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role over time.
