Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Marketing Professional to lead our marketing strategy, drive growth, and strengthen our brand presence worldwide. This role is pivotal to our success, requiring someone who can balance performance-driven results with long-term brand building.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across leading platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on performance using industry-standard tools.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our content team to develop compelling hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Customer Journey: Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager in e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify and managing a team of minimum 3 people.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
