Senior Process Excellence Manager

This is a pivotal role where you'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, collaborating with teams to streamline workflows and remove inefficiencies. You'll blend data-driven insights with human-centered design to create systems that enhance performance, reduce costs, and elevate every stage of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage process analysis and improvement expertise to drive operational strategies and develop scalable systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful solutions
  • Analyze data to inform decision making and optimize processes
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
