As a seasoned Client Services Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients, providing expert accounting and tax services. This role offers the chance to lead a team of junior and senior accountants, fostering growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality accounting and tax services to Australian startup and SME clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and relevant authorities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) and tax returns with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients to ensure timely task completion.
  • Advise and engage with clients on various accounting and taxation matters to provide superior service.
  • Recruit, train, nurture, and grow a team of ambitious accountants to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth client delivery.
  • The ability to balance complex services and make pragmatic decisions to drive business growth.
  • A data-driven approach to support strategies and measure outcomes.
