Home Care Scheduler Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in scheduling? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems on the fly? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Scheduler to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties. You will respond quickly to cancellations or absences, answer client and caregiver calls using our VoIP system, and update records and case notes in our database.

You will work closely with our operations team to flag issues and maintain smooth staffing. You will also conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers, generate weekly reports, and keep leadership informed.

Requirements:
  • Experience in scheduling; healthcare or home care experience is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and naturally organized
  • Enjoy solving problems on the fly
  • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted partner
  • Take initiative and be a strong team player
