Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Care Coordinator. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring that both caregivers and clients are informed and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties, streamlining our operations and ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Respond quickly to schedule changes or cancellations, maintaining open lines of communication with both caregivers and clients.
  • Engage in regular calls with clients and caregivers using the VoIP system, providing timely support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient data management.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to flag potential issues and ensure smooth staffing, optimizing our resource allocation and maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers, recognizing their hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional care.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and informing strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling or a related field, preferably within healthcare or home care.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to adapt to changing circumstances and find creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in software systems and remote communication tools, including WellSky.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, allowing you to establish trust with stakeholders and foster strong working relationships.
  • Initiative and willingness to take on new challenges, combined with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work during US time zones.
