About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical part in helping manage and grow our business. As we continue to expand, this role will be instrumental in providing thought partnership and decision support to new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets for operational expenses, highlighting insightful variance analysis and implications.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy by aligning assumptions with stakeholders and understanding spend drivers.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis support and present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics to inform growth and set financial context.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic cost management solutions.
  • Support sales teams to ensure accurate commission alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite tools.
  • Ability to adopt a constant improvement mindset and apply it towards process efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
