  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Expertise & Guidance: Offer clear explanations and actionable advice to operations, quality, and engagement teams.
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engagement to analyze policy effectiveness and recommend practical solutions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts, providing concise recommendations that balance user safety and product goals.
  • Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
