Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to lead our online content, elevate our digital presence, and drive measurable growth across platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and trend-driven content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all content across digital platforms, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community.
  • Develop and implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalization.
  • Analyze website traffic and research new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including influencers, industry experts, and business partners.
  • Manage site content during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and on-brand messaging.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content company.
  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven experience across multiple social platforms, with tailored strategies for each.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display advertising.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic and community growth.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.
