Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. As a Hurricane Relief Agent, you will provide exceptional solutions to customers affected by disasters, utilizing the latest customer service techniques and account management systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). You should also possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.

In addition to becoming proficient in our systems, you will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues, with an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation. A strong team orientation and customer focus are essential for success in this role.

  • We improve the customer's experience, providing exceptional solutions to simple requests.
  • You will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
