Remote Customer Service Specialist

This is a remote customer service position where you will handle inbound and outbound interactions for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients, addressing their inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and respond to issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Resolve customer complaints through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
- Document interactions and process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Prior experience in a call center environment or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
