Job Title: Operations Technician

The Operations Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of assigned machines and equipment in accordance with proper handling instructions provided by the manufacturer.

  • Operates assigned machine to produce materials needed in the process based on daily production targets.
  • Performs regular calibration to ensure product output meets specifications/standards.
  • Checks raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
  • Ensures equipment operates correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment.
  • Prepares documentation related to calibration and materials produced.
  • Monitors machine for problems and troubleshoots without delay to ensure continuous production.
  • Prepares documentation related to downtime or repairs that were needed during the course of production.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on designated machines in accordance with standard procedures.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or vocational course is required.
  • Must have experience as a machine operator in the same industry.
  • Must be able to complete necessary training and certifications to qualify as a Machine Operator.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and report preparation.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Canlubang, Laguna.
