About the role

Agchem Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Canlubang Calamba City Laguna. As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of parts and components to maintain optimal equipment performance
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve maintenance processes and implement innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
  • Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
