Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare scheduled financial reports and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Update and maintain forecasting tools and templates.
  • Reconcile financial data between systems and flag discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks for senior management.
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:

Night shift with possible shifting, starts at PHP 50,000 or higher, whichever is greater.

PHP 2,200 monthly allowance + 10% night differential.

HMO and life insurance from Day 1 (HMO includes 3 dependents).
