Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Financial Analyst.

This position will be responsible for FP&A workflows, delivering timely and accurate reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives across our omnichannel business.

The ideal candidate will own financial planning and analysis tasks, provide insightful dashboards and reports on revenue, margin, COGS, working capital, and EBITDA by channel (DTC, wholesale, Amazon), and collaborate with various teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update our dynamic operating model and cash flow forecast;
  • Develop and deliver recurring financial dashboards and insights;
  • Reconcile inventory data across platforms, analyze landed cost trends, and support operations in improving forecast accuracy;
  • Build and enhance Excel/Google Sheets models; automate workflows and reporting using AI tools and macros where appropriate;
  • Assist in preparing finance packages and investor updates with a high level of accuracy, presentation quality, and insight;
  • Lead deep dives into cohort performance, pricing changes, product/channel profitability, or working capital scenarios.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting;
  • Experience with inventory-heavy or omnichannel consumer businesses preferred;
  • Comfortable working with U.S. finance teams, time zones, and tools;
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index-match, array formulas, pivot tables, scripting);
  • Able to build from scratch;
  • Strong analytical rigor with comfort in messy datasets, CSVs, EDI files, and working cross-functionally to fill gaps;
