Paraplanning Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to support our financial planning team in preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) that meet compliance requirements.

  • Prepare Statements of Advice and Records of Advice in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct product comparisons and strategy modeling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
  • Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for property investment.
  • Utilize financial planning software such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic for research and documentation.
  • Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client records and liaise with advisers to refine financial strategies.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic (experience with Intelliflow is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial strategies effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
