Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise on Adaptive Planning and maintaining proficiency in the solution suite.

Your primary focus will be on contributing to client implementations, including understanding their current planning processes, recommending solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe, and developing and configuring accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning.

You will also support clients to ensure success, communicate regularly with clients to set proper expectations, and provide general customer service and assistance.

Furthermore, you will collaborate internally, sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues.

Requirements
  • A background in financial and/or management accounting, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
  • Experience designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Implementation experience with at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in teams, manage time effectively, and execute tasks with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities

  2. Support clients to ensure success, communicating regularly with clients to set proper expectations.
