Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage loan volume targets while ensuring profitability, sound credit quality, and exceptional customer service. This position plays a vital part in the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze loan applicants' qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to process and service loan applications and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve volume targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries.
  • Review and update customer loan files, agreements, and other documents for adequacy and credit processing purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills.
  • Basic mathematical knowledge.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Previous experience in fieldwork and sales, preferably in microfinance, is an asset.
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle is a plus.
