Key Position:

Client Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Portfolio Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain an existing book of business through timely renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet sales objectives by implementing retention strategies, generating new revenue streams, and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in account management or sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • English language proficiency essential; additional languages a bonus.
