Vous êtes un professionnel de la construction recherché pour diriger nos chantiers dans les départements 14 et 50. Cette offre vous permettra d'exercer vos compétences en gestion de projet, encadrement du personnel et assurance de la sécurité des chantiers.

Voici les principaux aspects de cette mission :

  • Diriger et piloter les chantiers dans les départements 14-50
  • Participer aux réunions de chantiers en tant que représentant
  • Encadrer le personnel de chantier
  • Veiller à l'application stricte des règles et normes de sécurité sur les chantiers

Les qualifications requises pour ce poste sont :

  • Formation BTS ou DUT en Bâtiment
  • Expérience significative en maçonnerie et terrassement
  • Expérience de management d'équipe d'au moins 5 ans
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes de sécurité et des réglementations du secteur de la construction
  • Permis de conduire valide
