Growth Lead job at an accelerator investing exclusively in startups in Southeast Asia.
About the RoleThe company is looking for a Growth Lead to develop and scale initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia. Ideally, you are an ex-founder or have led growth at an early-stage startup (pre-Series A).
Potential initiatives include:
- Scout Program: Design a program enabling founders and friends to identify and invest in startups.
- Co-Founder Matching: Enhance the platform to become the premier place for co-founder matching in Southeast Asia.
- Own Idea: Propose and develop your own initiatives that traditional venture capital firms might overlook but are valuable for founders.
The goal is to experiment with 20 initiatives, identify the 5 most successful, and build teams around them.
You will report directly to Hsu Ken.
ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibility is to attract the best founders by managing a portfolio of initiatives—be they products, programs, or other creative ideas—that draw founders to the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Create Initiatives: Develop new initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.
- Grow Initiatives: Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
- Scale Initiatives: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives.
- Kill Initiatives: Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.
Most initiatives may not succeed; focus on maximizing the magnitude of success rather than probability.
Required Skills and QualificationsYou have startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles, and are a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution.

As a Growth Lead, you will be part of a rapidly growing team of 14 members. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives, work closely with founders and investors, and contribute to the company's success.
