Client Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Growth Strategist to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with our mission.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
- 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
- Global sales or client management experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
