Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Execution & Delivery:
    • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Leverage expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices to drive efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize features, manage technical debt, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and grow software engineers, providing coaching and feedback to optimize performance and capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust among team members.
    • Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to drive individual and team growth.
  • Process Improvements:
    • Design and implement lightweight processes that enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.
    • Champion code quality, test automation, observability, and security best practices to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
    • Promote operational discipline and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless product development.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and constraints to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project timelines and deliverables.
About You

You are a technically strong and execution-driven engineer leader with 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 2+ years in engineering management. Your background in modern web development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Golang, React) and cloud infrastructure will enable you to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products.

You are passionate about building systems that are robust, scalable, and maintainable. You enjoy working alongside engineers to coach, support, and grow their capabilities, creating a culture of excellence within your team.
