Be a part of our fast-growing team and unchain all the possibilities What is your mission? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team

In this strategic role, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders and the Senior Manager of FP&A to deliver meaningful financial insights that drive performance. You'll be at the forefront of forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and continuous process improvements—all while helping elevate financial and operational efficiency. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:Work directly with Executives and the Sr.

Manager of FP&A to evaluate and enhance business unit performance, including sales forecasts, budgeting, margin, and Opex analysis. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with key stakeholders, and develop action plans to help exceed performance targets. Drive the development and refinement of planning, forecasting, and reporting tools; clearly communicate insights to business partners.

Utilize ERP systems (Essbase, OBI, Excel) to generate accurate, insightful, and actionable reports for sales, operations, and management. Spearhead process enhancements and cost-reduction strategies alongside the Sr. Manager of FP&A, with a focus on automation and scalable reporting solutions.

Handle special reporting tasks and ad hoc projects as needed. Who are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or financial analysis.

Background in Data Science or Data Analytics is a plus. Familiarity with financial tools such as EPM or Essbase. Experience with Tableau is highly preferred.
