Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger operations, supporting the Director of Finance, and efficiently running the accounting department in line with corporate standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is also mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably with 3 years of managerial experience in accounting or 5 years of solid experience in a top auditing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting processes, and forecasting techniques is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general ledger operations and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Support the Director of Finance in achieving financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage complex tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
