Regulatory Compliance Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead our organization's regulatory governance and compliance initiatives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Compliance Officer in Banking and Financial or Lending companies, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring timely and satisfactory compliance to regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt submission of requirements, replies to issues, and regulatory reports.

The role will also involve managing and implementing the organization's Compliance manual and policies, working closely with the Risk & Compliance Head to ensure that the organization's Compliance Risk Management Framework is up to date and consistent with the organization's products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing updates on Regulatory Compliance matters for senior management and the Board of Directors, and will be the lead owner of the Compliance Regulatory Inventory Matrix that houses all applicable regulations, including risk assessments and mitigating control measures.

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or related field, and at least 3 years of proven experience in a Compliance Officer role, are essential qualifications for this position.
