We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Patient Services Representative, who will be responsible for addressing patient queries and concerns, understanding patient needs by listening and interviewing, and coordinating information among patients, family members, medical personnel, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of facility policies and procedures, medical resources, and medical regulations to provide support to patient healthcare treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls according to established procedures and departmental standards.

  • Collect outstanding balances from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work with third-party entities such as insurance companies to resolve patient account inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications And Requirements
