Job Overview

This position involves leading the efficient operational delivery of advanced skin solutions. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high-quality service is provided to patients, while driving sales and improving staff performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead, motivate and manage clinic staff, ensuring they are trained effectively and that their performance is managed when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, taking us from 'good' to 'great' standards.
  • Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture within the clinic, delivering high standards of service and creating long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage client expectations by reporting and resolving all client complaints in line with company protocol.
  • Effectively rotate staff to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, enabling full clinic optimization.
  • Plan and implement stock control to maximize sales and minimize stock loss.
  • Ensure all organizational audit, policies, and protocols are met at all times.
  • Continually review and refine administration and operational procedures within the clinic to guarantee full health and safety compliance, while increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of the beauty and aesthetic industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience working in a medical or highly regulated environment is required.
  • Previous experience or accreditation in professional laser and skin treatments would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and development capabilities.
  • Highly autonomous and goal-driven individual.
  • Motivated, organized, and professional with a strong track record of commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High leadership and analytical skills.
  • Prior success in fast-paced startup environments.
