Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide strategic country and site identification support for business development opportunities. This includes conducting feasibility assessments, developing site lists, and working closely with project managers to refine country and site strategies.

Feasibility specialists will also be responsible for leading feasibility activities associated with assigned projects, working directly with country managers and in-country feasibility teams across APAC, and collaborating with alliance partners on global studies.

  • Develop strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and site staff throughout the APAC region.
  • Critically review available study documents and work with client operations managers or project managers to develop a strategy and/or country list for the feasibility assessment.
  • Perform reviews of scientific literature, commercial databases, and internal tools to provide background information and text for feasibility strategy and reports.
  • Utilize CTMS feasibility modules to develop tailored study-specific feasibility questionnaires.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing responses received throughout the feasibility assessment and demonstrating exceptional critical thinking skills.
  • Providing timelines, follow-up, and guidance to in-country teams as needed to ensure delivery of high-quality and timely feasibility assessments.
  • Preparing updates for dissemination to clients and inputting feasibility results into proposal documentation as required.
Requirements

This role requires a graduate degree in a clinical or life sciences related field. Relevant experience/qualifications in allied professions may also be considered. Ideally, candidates should have at least three years' experience as a clinical research associate.

Previous feasibility and/or start-up experience will be highly regarded. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
